To pick the right person for your team is to observe their capability and accountability . A team member must know and identify the vision of your company and the expectation. Do not pick a team member just to fill a gap. A person that you pick will have different values and/or personalities that can either help your company to succeed or fail.

You can judge on their competency and expertise that they bring to the table; to include commitment and integrity. In all cases, be non-bias while picking a team member. Pick a team member that is going to be a great fit and access to your business.

Your company/business reputation is very important.
