Marketing my books

Dear Sir or Madam:

I am a writer and I want to sell my books. I would like to target the groups that may be interested in getting my Spanish English Legal Dictionary. I would be glad to send a sample of this dictionary to lawyers where there are big Hispanic Communities, Universities, Law Firms and Hispanic Bar Associations in Florida, California, New York, Chicago, New Mexico, etc.

How can I get the email addresses when doing this specific targeting?

Martindale Hubble publishes a directory of all the law firms in the US, online and in hardcover.  Most law libraries have multiple copies.

You may also consider offering your book through Amazon, so people looking for your books like your can find it. If your book is self-published, have a look at http://www.createspace.com.
