There are many local & national contractor organizations & construction products associations that can supply you with information on writing construction estimates. You're already online, so you can also use your favorite search engine to find websites on writing construction estimates.
That's the easy part; but along the way you're going to have to know how to (1) do a "take-off" of the job you're quoting, so you don't miss anything in your estimate and (2) know your labor & material costs, among other things.
Whatever you do, always make sure your estimates, formal quotations and presentations are complete and reflect a professional image.

I agree with the suggestions Mr. Cooper gave. A few added comments:
To determine your true cost of Labor per hour, contact an accountant familiar with construction accounting. There are many costs you have in addition to the actual hourly pay you put in your workers' paycheck. (if you haven't done so already, ask your accountant to explain the advantages of forming a Corporation).
Take an estimating course at a local technical institute. The American Subcontractor's Association is a good source for this information, http://www.asaonline.com/web/ Your competitors want you to know how to estimate properly because they want to compete with firms who won't price jobs at prices nobody can do the job for.
