What realistic short term and long term goals can I set for my small retail business of repacking honey? I want to see myself grow into a very big company. I need to see the future clearly. Please help me.

Hi, you are right in the first part that of Setting Short term and long term GOALS.

You have not mentioned current sales or production available... This must be given first.

However first have you done test marketing of your product? Have you taken at least a couple of hundred feedback from customers? Once these two answers are there, you would realize that the offering is either meeting customer requirements or not. Based on this you can set growth plans to either weekly sales or monthly sales and monitor on daily run rate required...

Honey is a very general category food product , you need to have a Unique Selling Proposition . By adding fragrances or herbs to honey is one such thing . Add value proposition to honey to make it a big brand
