A lot of the mentors with the expertise I need don't speak English. What do I do in such case?

Many mentors who are of interest to me don't speak English yet am really interested in reaching them.

There are a couple options - 1) enlist the aid of a translator 2) see if the mentor that you are interested in speaks English, but just prefers to speak in their native tongue, 3) find other mentors that do speak English
