Hi Wycliff,
This will depend on how & where you are marketing your product & services.
Assuming that you know your target audience already. You'll need to work on your messaging and marketing based on their interest and demography.
More details as to where you are right now with marketing/advertising would help suggest better.

Hey Wycliff,
you should ask your clients for a feedback. You could make a video of some happy clients and use the videos for advertisement. Advertising is the key to get more clients. My suggestion for you would be to design a flyer and ask certain medical places to put them in the waiting room. Moreover you could advertise in the newspaper and of course online with ads on certain websites that are about medical topics.
I wish you all best :)

Endorsements are another good source of growth. Get your current clients to share good information about you and then incorporate this endorsements into the suggestions above.

People go to Healthcare when they have a "health" issue. Very much depends on your infrastructure and skilled manpower. The ideal is as follows: (i) Do a survey to find out most common Health issues in your locality. (ii) Upgrade yourself from a large number of online or contact training to be able to cater to the health issues you have found in point i. (iii) Add a unique USP to your services; step outside your comfort zone and bring in people skilled in a "healthcare" option no other agency in your vicinity offers.

First - do you specialize in anything? If so, how relevant is your specialty where your business is located? If you don't specialize, maybe you should look to do so. What's the market potential of your specialty? Next take an honest look at your business - from the outside in. If it were not your business, would you do business there? If yes, why. If no, why not? Then go about changing the impression of the business. Leverage the good and get rid of the bad, then do a Grand Reopening - to let the world know that things have changed. You have to do an honest assessment of your business constantly - as customers do it on a daily basis. Are you open when they want you to be open, are you easy to do business with, what is the front door to you business like - is your staff welcoming, and educated on the products/services that you provide. How is your pricing compared to your competition, etc. Join health focused associations and network with them on how they are drawing customers. What can you do in a post COVID world to draw more customers. Be first - trail blaze.
