An on-line business is simply an enterprise that utilizes the Internet as a tool. Since you are starting a bagged ice vending business it is logical to assume that you intend to receive orders through a web site on the web and fulfill them through a physical delivery process.

*** Check the local and suburban ordinances for the City of Houston and the tax and licensing requirements for vending businesses or your type:

*** Register your business with the State of Texas and check the licensing and Health Department requirements for your type of business there:

https://www.sos.state.tx.us/corp/forms_boc.shtml

*** Register your enterprise with the IRS for tax purposes:

I hope you find the above information useful and best wishes for success.
