Am engulfed in fear and anxiety of the unknown future. Help

Fear is natural, but also an acronym standing for F- false, E - evidence, A - appearing, and R - real. You have control over the fear, but you have to look back on your life and ask yourself one question - when I've been in FEAR before, did the outcome that I thought was going to happen actually happen? And if it did, was it as bad I thought it was going to be. As humans we often let our minds create the most negative outcome that could ever be possible. The program with that is that 1) - it rarely happens that way and 2) the outcome that you designed in your mind didn't take into consideration the course corrections that were at your disposal to address the bad stuff that was coming your way. Leaning into FEAR is the only way to address it and learn from it.

Don't be afraid of fear, it's a natural motivator. Think about what you know how to do - farming, ranching and agriculture. Start doing it. Plant, cultivate, harvest. We need your help to feed people. Start with a small goal - this week plant 1 plant, next week plant a garden, next month a field... It's easy to start with a small step. This will help you take control. Taking control will build your confidence and occupy your mind. You can do this !!

Great responses given. My addition is remember FEAR has to do with a past experience that tends to take hold on how you view the future... Just remember, FEAR is an emotion that attaches to your events/activities. When you think of anything, be conscious of the emotion and deliberately rip it from the thought and see all possibilities like a child.... Just like you have been advised, look back and unstuck yourself from a previous flop that spread the fear emotion in your life. Fix it and all flows well forward.
