MicroMentor is Responding to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) Impact on Businesses
Have concerns related to your business? Are you a mentor looking to help? Visit our Coronavirus and Small Business Resources page.
It's exciting that we're at a point where companies can start planning for returning to work. I'm not sure what state you're in but there are resources and compliance tips you can look up to get more information or policy samples.
- SHRM (may need to be a member to access some information)
- Employment Lawyers that practice in your state (they probably have blogged about this for weeks now!)
- HR Dive (news and analysis on all things HR - pretty informative)
- DOL (US Department of Labor)

Hi Jo. Thank you. I have been using SHRM and HR Dive. I thought about putting out a sample packet of policies as well. I like to get best practices from others to make sure that I am aligned with the needs of businesses from an HR perspective.
