Can anyone help me with changing my LLC to a S corp?

An LLC can be a form of S Corp. for tax purposes. All it takes is to go to the IRS web site and change your registration there to that effect. Please see the link below link to do so:

Change your tax classification to the following:

"S-Corporation: Planning to elect an S-Corporation tax structure."

You can either go on line and follow the steps yourself, or seek out a friend/student accountant who can help guide you. I think the best way is to contact the IRS and have them walk you through the process; however since COVID, they have long wait times and not likely to want to spend too much time with you. First; however, make sure you are making the right decision on making the change. What's driving the desire to change? Lastly, if you have already set up a business, you should have an accountant or someone helping with your books. They would be a good resource as well.
