Hello Teddy and thank you for reaching out. Self discipline is something many people struggle with but the first step starts with recognizing your area of opportunity. You have to set guidelines and boundaries for yourself and those around you. Start by journaling what you want to change and why it is important and if you don't change what will happen. From there being to remove barriers that are keeping you from moving forward. Don't try to change everyone at once as it can become overwhelming so prioritize what is MOST important and start from there. Set small goals and gradually increase them over time. Finally, ask God for help with your lack of self discipline.

Agree with not tackling everything at once. Probably 90% of what you'e not disciplined on doesn't matter. It's the 10% you might not be getting to that does. Focus on doing amazing at that.

Basically let your gut dictate what you should be focusing on and that will naturally let you do your best work.

Try to carve out time to deeply think about areas which are affecting you the most and focus on 1-2 areas to practice discipline. Self - discipline is extremely hard to excel in, many struggle with it and starting small and iterating on it has been my personal mantra on getting control on a lot of aspects of my life. I also practice writing down things that I want to do for a day - a check list which keeps me on track/disciplined to get through the day constructively.
