That's an amazing question.
Firstly you need to identify the audience your product/service is suitable for, and the relevant platform where you can promote your business. For your business, facebook and instagram are comparatively far better than other. You will also need to work on google SEO so more people can find you. Now when you know your audience and platform, you have to work on content, graphics, visuals, videos to drive engagement. You just don't need to offer in person service as fitness can be offered in a group session and individual online. Now identify the pricing for your product, and write creative content and use hashtags and attract micro and nano influencer to promote your service and product.

Assume you are doing well with repeating customers but limited by manpower, distancing traveling, and market size. I think you need help for expansion with quite a few aspects - mentor, local authority support, local community support.
Maybe you can seek local authority supports on financial, humanity, and entrepreneurship. On top of providing mentoring, if you interest to explore local supports, I can check with my friend in Nairobi to see whether she can render any help.

By starting playing to win and not to lose your business is like a football team, and if you want a football team to start winning in big leagues what happens you start training more, more input, so start practicing within when you're without. The better practiced team wins the game, the better practiced business wins the customers, wins the contracts.

Every Single Day. Touch your business every day without fail. Do something toward your business goals or development on a daily basis. That consistency will reap rewards that will sustain your business. It's not a big flashy idea but consistency always wins.
