What are the best strategies to make a successful essential oils manufacture company that seems to export it's products?

Hi Clifford, There are two possible routes that I can think of:

  1. B2C to B2B: Develop your own brand locally first and build your name so that other giants (in other countries) would want to put your product on their shelves.
  2. B2B: You directly work/contract with another large company (in other country) that has all other product lines but the essential oils and you manufacture the product for them under their label/brand.
  3. B2C: Setup an online store so that people all over the world can buy your product directly. However, the shipping costs might make it difficult to ship small quantity of products directly to consumers.

Business plan for each option above would look very different. Hence, it will be important for you develop your business strategy first. Happy to answer any other questions if you'd like to chat. Great luck! This sounds very interesting.
