Using the mentor search can be kind of an art:

Trying to search directly in your Industry can be fruitful, but searching via Expertise can bring up a wider selection to choose from.
So, for instance, select the top expertise you are interested in, and start there. It's very possible that it's fine that they are not in your industry or within your own country. Basically, start with a wide search, then examine the mentor profiles. If you find someone who has experience in the expertises you seek, but is in an entirely different industry in a different country, that can still turn out to be an excellent mentor for your needs.
