"Success" is a relative term. Individuals from all over the world register at this web site for a myriad of reasons. Some seek planning assistance, others are looking for education in business concepts and technology for small business or similar forms of assistance.

I help with background and knowledge for the entrepreneur to consider as he or she makes decisions. I experience satisfaction every day from the work and I value being useful to highly motivated entrepreneurs who wish to succeed.

Most of us who have mentored in small business for years appreciate the fact that an entrepreneur will form their enterprise reflecting their own values, skills and outlook. We are there as guides, desiring to channel those attributes successfully.

I believe we are growing entrepreneurs more than growing monumentally successful enterprises. They, in turn, will grow their unique forms of business using their efforts, not ours.

We do not do it for them. They do it for themselves. Hopefully our suggestions help. I have been pleased again and again when a small business owner took my basic suggestions, put their own unique twists on them and developed a thriving business. That is the ultimate reward and the ultimate form of success.

In response to your request regarding how many I have assisted, please see the below link, but keep in mind the above discussion of how relative success is in mentoring.
