How to start a non profit project and sustain it.

Hello Caroline, a) Your nonprofit must (MUST) have a goal or a mission or purpose that the entire community around you needs or wants. Your nonprofit must serve the good of the community. b) You must have individual donors or sponsors who believe in your mission and are willing to give money to sustain the project (or there must be government grants that you my apply for in order to have revenue incoming). c) You may charge money for your services, but all of the profits must go back into the business. d) Your project or mission must constantly be modernized to keep pace with changes in society. e) Your project must meet the requirements of your local or state government that allow you to qualify as a nonprofit.
