Adnen hi. There is not a magic formula for success, but the correct first step you have to do is to write down a business plan to cover: executive summary, company description, products and services, market reasearch, marketing (sub)plan, operational (sub)plan, management and organization, startup expenses and capitalization, financial (sub)plan, etc. The development of this biz plan will provide a foundation, structure, orientation, and objectives (short/mid/long term) to your business. It will demand from you to think about multiple details, in different areas mentioned above. Later you will be able to measure your proyect progress (against the plan) and inclusive, it will help you to request a loan, get partners, if necessary. Click the enclosed link for more details. Besides the two above suggestions, think of a specific area that you think could be done better. Try to be that fix agent that's tailored to a specific market that provides a great experience. An example would be a business like Shopify which noticed small to medium size businesses needed help with providing e-commerce. They were able to help a market not served as well by Amazon and other large retailers. Passion is a non-tangible aspect that is also important that will help combat challenges along the way.
