Business-system - How can we make our business-model more efficient? - How can we cut costs / save time on our business-model? - When the business is fully scaled, we will have five people working on delivering the product: 1. Sales call + client meeting (sales personnel) 2. Brand meeting + creating style-guide (project leader) 3. Content creation + social media (designer personnel) 4. Webpage design + SEO (web-developer) 5. refine product + Delivering product to client (project leader) Is there anyway we can improve this?
