I have opened a tennis racquets and tennis balls shop. How do I gain more clients in this pandemic?

My current business is not in much profit. To help my family I have opened a tennis racquets shop where I am selling all kinds of rackets for new and advanced players. I am getting buyers on a small scale but not up to the profitable point. How can I gain more clients by keeping this pandemic situation in mind? I really want to make my new business profitable.

Sorry to hear this but why would you open tennis business without doing any research like how other shops are doing currently. Selling tennis racquets is surely a profitable business but you have to understand that it's pandemic and sports are facing down fall.

Assuming that you have some experience in this field, my advice is start giving training to new tennis players through local and online sessions, then you can recommend the best racquets by telling them the features etc or by doing equipment comparison. This is way in pandemic to get new clients through online world. Hope it is gonna help you. Hope for the best!

Hi Russell. You really need to know your customer profile and the market features (with today's conditions), so you have to do a market research, or to update your current one. Then ensure the results are key elements of your marketing plan, as an important part of your overall business plan. Wishing you success.
