Tourism did not stop even in our hard times. People still go abroad for work or studies. A lot of countries start opening for tourists - it is a large sector of the economy, and some destinations usually get a significant part of incomings specifically from tourism. The tourism business may get other forms, but I do not think that people will refuse to travel.
