Hi Saravanan,

Sounds as if you need a marketing strategy. The first step would be to analyse your potential users. Where are they based? Where do they look for similar services? What social media channels do they use? How old are they?

Once you know who you are talking to, you can decide when, where and how to talk to them.

Hope it helps! Karin

Dear Sarvanan,

Adding some inputs to Karin's suggestion. If it is a business where competition exists, check what kind of customers they have and what tactics, resources etc. they deploy to get those customers.

In such cases Market Intelligence always helps. Get to know your competition.

In case no competition exists, a new type of product, then you can build on Mathew's suggestion.

Also imperative to know why and how you are building this company in terms of keeping what target customers in mind.

Hope these questions help you with some introspection and assessment.

Warm regards and best wishes.
