How can i increase my sales?

I have been associated with a well known brand of helmets but its price range is quite high than the average but has overcomed all disadvantages of other regular helmets. so i wanted to know as to how can i improve my strategy to boost my sales

It's wonderful to see your website, it reflects the passion with which you have sustained your business over 3 decades.

Whenever you are associated with a product that is better than the regular ones, typically its price is also higher.. and therefore the buyer segment will also be different and need not be the regular set of buyers.

Create campaigns to reach out to these kind of buyers... It could be offline campaigns - highlighting the particular brand and its value and its variants that you have currently stocked in your inventory.

You could also adopt the online route, if you have already not ventured in this path... Most premium buyers go for the online retail approach of Amazon/Flipkart.. get your Brand listed there with offer and quick delivery... you will easily score faster than your competition!

Hi Mr. Humpreet. You can position the product as a premium product. You can differentiate from others by offering something nobody else does. Perhaps team up with a vynil artist who can personalise designs for each helmet. Can they be re-purposed? Example a really good horse-riding helmet becomes a posh scooter helmet. Or the other way around, wherever there is more perceived value. Can you brand them specifically so they appeal to a particular user. Example the vespa users and build the brand around that? There are millions of raving vespa users worldwide. The key is to be different, unique and create a league of your own. That way you're not a commodity, your not competing on price anymore and you can command higher margins. This type of narrowing down into a specific niche will increase sales rather than trying to be all things to everyone so to speak, too broad. Keep innovating, see what works and what doesn't.
